Rates in USD are valid for foreign passengers, NOT residents in Chile, and exempt from VAT upon presentation of the entry document to the country with less than 60 days   

All national or resident guests with more than 60 days pay VAT

The indicated rates are per room per night, they include: breakfast in the hotel restaurant, wi-fi connection in the rooms and public areas, 2 courtesy waters, 3 American coffee capsules per stay. Access to the fitness center or gym and swimming pool.   

Check in: 15:00 hrs.

Check out: 12:00 hrs.

In the case of confirming a late check out, there will be an additional cost of 50% of the quoted rate until 6:00 p.m. and 100% of the quoted rate, after 6:00 p.m.

1 child up to 12 years old sharing a bed with parents is released in the B&B program. 

All individual reservations can be canceled free of charge within the following periods:   

Hotel Cumbres Lastarria
up to 48 hours. Before the arrival of the guest.
For cancellations after the established period or NO Show, the hotel will charge for the first night of the stay plus VAT.   

Hotel Cumbres San Pedro
up to 14 days before the guest's arrival
For cancellations after the established period or NO Show, the hotel will charge the entire stay plus VAT.

All reservations must be guaranteed / paid at the minute you enter the hotel, for this Cumbres Hotels will use the guarantee card to charge the total stay in the following terms   

Hotel Cumbres San Pedro: 14 days before arrival
Cumbres Lastarria Hotel: 48 hours before arrival

At check-in, a guarantee of USD50 per room per night will be taken, which will be refunded at checkout, deducting the extras of the stay.

Cumbres Hotels does not accept pets in its dependencies, only pets duly accredited by a medical certificate. 

If this is the case, the certificate must be sent to reservas@hotelescumbres.cl to validate the reservation.
